Key Leadership Role #5

The fifth and final way I have shown leadership throughout my key leadership role is by being patient with people. Because some people don't understand that they can only get out a certain amount of books at a time and they can only reserve one book at a time and this means that you have to explain this to them. But that is all part of being a librarian and I can't wait until next Tuesday. I have shown the CARE values Respect and Active Thinking.
