Key Leadership Role #4

    

The fourth way that I have proved to have participated fully in my key leadership role as a student librarian is by solving an over crowding problem. One day there were too many people in the library this was because some students had closed the door and were not letting anyone in and saying that if they did go out they wouldn't be allowed back in. We solved the problem by asking the person to stop and explained that it wasn't their job to do that. I have shown the CARE values and I am looking forward to doing it again next week.
