Key Leadership Role #3

This week in the library, one of the other student librarians asked me, If we could switch days because she had band practice, so I said sure and we swapped. On Wednesday I went to the Library and put the books away, but it wasn't very busy so I didn't issue many books,  only return them. I also had to close the library ten minutes early because Mrs Ward had to help in the office because one of the office ladys wasn't there that day, I have shown the CARE values Excellence and Community, I also showed the leadership trait trustworthy because the other librarian could trust me that I would swap days with her.

Key Leadership Role #3

This week I have participated fully in my key leadership role as Librarian by firstly not always wanting to be on the computer the whole time during my scheduled day scanning the books. This way the other librarian can gain experience at this duty also. Secondly I have enjoyed helping people work the computers by showing them how to reserve their own books, so now at least 3 more people know how to reserve their own books. I am happy with the way I have participated fully in my key leadership role in the library.
